Archipelago Companies is seeking an OluKai Retail Associate (OluKai Huaka'i) in Naples, FL. The role welcomes customers, delivers an exceptional brand experience, and emphasizes product storytelling and authentic service across OluKai, Roark, and Melin brands.

Part-time or full-time options are available, with emphasis on customer engagement, premium product knowledge, and POS proficiency. The team supports back-of-house duties, events, and a collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Available for a minimum of at least three (4-8hrs) shifts a week, including holidays and weekends.
• Must be 17 years or older; GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.
• Independent work ethic with good time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a remarkable brand experience.
• Engage with guests and build immediate rapport.
• Assist with back of house duties including receiving and restocking.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Represent OluKai as a brand ambassador at local events.
