Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking service-oriented team members to greet customers with aloha, take and explain orders, and process transactions at the POS. You will handle phones, assist in bakery areas, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.

Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours is required. We foster an inclusive, fast-paced team environment and offer tips in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication.
• Basic math and logical reasoning abilities.
• Able to report to work as scheduled including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Substance-free work environment.
• Capable of multitasking in time-constrained environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with aloha spirit and take orders, explaining dishes and bakery items.
• Answer phones, take orders, and input into the POS system with strong customer service.
• Identify customer issues or complaints and report to management.
• Operate cash register, handle sales and balance cash at end of shift.
• Advise management on refunds or credits for returns.
• Follow sanitation guidelines as prescribed by health department.
• Assist in bakery and kitchen departments as needed.
• Restock restrooms and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
