Job summary

King’s Hawaiian Bakery and Restaurant seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver the Aloha experience, and drive guest satisfaction across our locations. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and uphold food safety and service standards while working to meet financial goals.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, Retail, this full-time role emphasizes teamwork, operational excellence, and a culture of inclusivity and compliance with company values.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 2–5 years of Restaurant Management experience.
Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication.
Highly curious, collaborative, and critical thinker.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team through coaching, training, and mentorship.
Manage the schedule and staffing levels to meet calls for service.
Maintain service standards and deliver the Aloha experience.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper handling practices.
Monitor equipment maintenance and operational procedures.
Meet financial goals set by the General Manager and drive efficiency.
Address guest feedback and implement sustained improvements to service.
