Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with Aloha spirit and takes orders; explains dishes and bakery items.
• Answers phones and inputs orders into the POS system with excellent customer service.
• Identifies customer issues or complaints and reports to management.
• Operates the cash register and balances sales at end of shift.
• Advises management on refunds or credits for returned merchandise.
• Follows sanitation guidelines per health department.
• Assists in bakery/kitchen as needed and cleans restrooms as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Identify customer issues or complaints and report to management.
• Operates cash register following sales and cash handling and balances at end of each shift.
• Advises management when guests request cash refunds or credits for returned merchandise.
• Follows all sanitation guidelines as prescribed by the health department.
• Assists in bakery and kitchen departments as needed.
• Restocking the restrooms and completing other cleaning duties as assigned.
