Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• Minimum 5+ years in Treasury or related banking roles or quantitative analytics.
• Direct knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and processes.
• Experience with ZMDesk, Moody’s OALM model preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model that supports NII and EVE sensitivity.
• Monitor market conditions and trends impacting interest-rate-risk and liquidity position.
• Ensure regulatory and internal risk management compliance for liquidity and interest rate risk.
• Develop treasury policies aligning balance sheet objectives with strategic goals.
• Prepare and present reports to Treasury Department senior management and ALCO.
