Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks a seasoned Asset Liability Treasury Manager in Dallas, TX to lead ALM modeling, monitor interest-rate risk and liquidity, and drive balance sheet strategies in a hybrid work environment.

You will present NII and EVE insights to Treasury senior management and ALCO, develop robust risk practices, and coordinate with external investment managers to optimize hedging and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Treasury or related areas within banking.
• Direct knowledge of Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies and processes.
• Advanced data management and interpretation of complex financial data.
• Experience with ALM tools such as ZMDesk or Moody’s OALM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model supporting NII and EVE sensitivity.
• Monitor market conditions and trends impacting interest-rate risk and liquidity positions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
• Develop and supplement risk management practices to align with strategy and balance sheet targets.
• Prepare and present reports on NII and EVE to Treasury senior management and ALCO.
• Utilize financial modeling to support balance sheet strategies.
• Collaborate with brokers and investment managers for hedging activities.
