Job summary

First NBC Bank seeks an experienced Asset Liability Manager to supervise and mentor the ALM team in Texas. You will guide performance and ensure robust risk measurement practices across EVE, NII simulations, and scenario analysis.

You will oversee model governance, analyze rate trends for deposits and treasury products, and prepare ALCO reports. Strong analytical and communication skills with senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coach the Asset Liability Management team.
• Lead risk measurement activities including EVE and NII simulations.
• Oversee model governance with documentation and assumption reviews.
• Analyze market rate trends for deposits and treasury products.
• Prepare and present ALCO reports and CECL-related outputs.
• Perform ad-hoc research across asset and liability data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach ALM team members.
• Lead interest rate risk measurement activities (EVE, NII, scenarios).
• Oversee ALM data analysis and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee CECL reporting for bond portfolios.
• Prepare reports and graphs for the Director of Investments.
