Upstart seeks an experienced ALM Manager to own the bank's asset and liability management and interest rate risk framework. You will lead implementation of the ALM platform and govern key behavioral assumptions, translating model results into balance sheet and risk-management recommendations.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Lending, and Regulatory teams to support resilient balance sheet management and reporting to committees and regulators.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in bank treasury/ALM/IRR or balance sheet management.
• Experience in a regulated banking environment and with commercial banks.
• Hands-on experience operating an ALM platform and producing NII and economic value sensitivity analyses.

Mansioni

• Own the ALM framework and IRR measurement across rate scenarios.
• Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of the ALM platform.
• Develop and govern behavioral and market assumptions (deposit betas, prepayments, repricing).
• Prepare clear ALM and IRR reporting for ALCO, management, Board, and regulators.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Lending, Deposit Product, Accounting, Data, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.
