Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Lead Tools Support Engineer to join our DPO COE. You will support ALM tool suites, manage licenses, create users and projects, and coordinate across engineering teams. This role emphasizes training, troubleshooting, and proactive tool optimization.

The position is a 6-month contract-to-hire, with first-round onsite interviews at our Tampa or Coppell locations. Strong communication, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with QC/ALM/Octane tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administrate QC server licenses.
• Create new users and projects.
• Monitor usage and generate reports.
• Customize QC/ALM workflows and dashboards.
• Support tool roll outs and training for teams.
• Coordinate with IT and engineering on tool topics.
• Develop training materials for users.
