Allstate / Diligence Insurance is expanding its team in a fast-paced environment where you help customers meet their insurance needs. You will guide clients through policy options, generate quotes, and present products to drive growth.

We offer paid training, a high-level base pay plus commission, production bonuses, and incentives. With a large, all-captive customer base and 100% warm leads, earnings potential averages around $88,000 annually.

Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• High level of sales drive and initiative.
• Energetic personality with an ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with insurance industry CRMs a plus.
• Professional appearance.
