Allstate / Diligence Insurance in Newport News is expanding its sales team to help customers meet their insurance needs. As an insurance advisor, you will walk clients through policy options, generate quotes, and strive to meet monthly sales goals.

We offer paid training, a high base pay plus strong commissions, production bonuses, and 100% warm leads with no cold calling, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• P&C license
• Confident self-starter who can work independently and with a team
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• High level of sales drive and initiative
• Energetic personality with an ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with insurance industry CRM's a plus
• Professional appearance
