The Juris Agency in West Palm Beach is seeking an Allstate Licensed Insurance Representative to join our local office. You will develop quotes, present coverage options, and close sales while guiding clients through policy changes with care.

Qualifications

• Current Florida 440 Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
• Experience in customer support or insurance service roles.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and standard software.
• Clear, empathetic communication when speaking with clients.
• Strong attention to detail for policy updates and documentation.
• Experience with Allstate systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Cross-sell opportunities including financial products.
• Verify contact details with customers and update records.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and solicit further sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Current Florida 440 Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated history in customer support or insurance service roles.
