The Reeves Agency is seeking an Allstate Insurance Sales professional to join our team in Texas. You will leverage prior Allstate experience to understand carrier systems, quote, bind, and service policies while meeting sales goals in a community-focused setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, a solid insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly), and the drive to build lasting customer relationships through consultative insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior Allstate experience is required.
• Strong understanding of Allstate products, systems, and workflows.
• Active insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
