Tyranski Allstate Agency in Westland, MI is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. No prior insurance experience required; we provide training and licensing support to help you succeed in a fast-paced sales role.

Base pay starts at $15 per hour with commission opportunities and ongoing professional development. You will develop client relationships, present quotes, and close sales while delivering outstanding service to policyholders.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is preferred; licensing assistance available.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• No insurance experience required but willing to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Leadership competencies: delegation, engagement, inspiration.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and decide quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Call prospective customers via VOIP and other internet technologies.
• Cold call, direct email and other lead generation activities.
