Job summary

Sidney Health Center in Sidney, Montana, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment with the potential for extension. This outpatient role requires delivering PT services, performing 1-hour evaluations, and leading 45-minute treatment sessions within a multidisciplinary rehab team.

Work 36–40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Pay rate is $65–$70 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life, 401K matching, and credentialing

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience in outpatient settings.
• Strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries.
• Ability to collaborate with a rehabilitation team including PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Experience documenting in EPIC preferred.

Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5

Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting


• Conduct 1-hour patient evaluations


• Deliver 45-minute daily treatment sessions


• Work with a diverse patient population with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and work-related injuries


• Collaborate with a rehabilitation team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a speech therapist


• Work with referrals from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and acute care team


• Utilize EPIC system for documentation (preferred)


• Maintain 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience requirement


• Adhere to scheduled hours of 36-40 hours per week with a 36-hour weekly guarantee


• Comply with facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
