Qualifications

• Complete credentialing documentation prior to assignment start.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery.

• Complete required compliance and contract QA documentation.
• Work a minimum of 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks.

• Work day shift hours as assigned.
• Utilize facility-provided equipment during the assignment.
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during orientation.
• Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during the first day of orientation.
• Provide a minimum of 30 days notice as required per contract terms.
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery.
• Adhere to overtime billing requirements as applicable at 1.5 times the standard rate.
