Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. The role runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week, with extension potential based on performance and needs.

Compensation is $59–$63 per hour. Candidates must hold an active PT license in good standing and commit to the duration while meeting all credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active physical therapy license in good standing.
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI before start.
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license.
• Commit to a 20-26 week assignment duration.
• Work during holiday weeks with a minimum of 32 guaranteed weekly hours.
• Maintain active licensure throughout the assignment.
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the required practice setting.
• Work day shift hours.
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided at orientation.
• Follow parking procedures as outlined at orientation.
• Comply with a 30-day notice before end of assignment.
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as discussed in interview.
• Adhere to all facility policies for patient care delivery.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (South Carolina requires permanent license only, no compact)
• Commit to a 20-26 week assignment duration
• Work during holiday weeks with a minimum of 32 guaranteed weekly hours
• Maintain active licensure throughout the duration of the assignment
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the required practice setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as discussed during interview process
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
