Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a temporary assignment in Lynnwood, Washington. This 26-week contract has the potential for extension and offers a pay rate of $59-$63 per hour with a 32-hour minimum per week during holiday weeks.

Responsibilities include completing required documentation with ATI before starting, maintaining an active state license (WA/AK compact possible), and ensuring eligibility checks for rehiring.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Experience in the required modality setting
• Candidates previously traveling or permanent/PRN within last year are not eligible

• Verify rehire eligibility for candidates with prior travel/PRN work
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks

• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lynnwood, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates who have worked permanent or PRN within the last year are not eligible and should be redirected
• Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or permanent/PRN staff more than one year prior must be verified for rehire eligibility before submission
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment
• Demonstrate experience in the required modality setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
