Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bellevue, WA. Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with guaranteed 32 hours during holiday weeks.

Competitive pay ranges from $59 to $63 per hour, with full credentialing support and travel staffing expertise. The role requires active licensure in WA (Compact considered for WA/AK), prior PT experience, and adherence to facility policies and credentialing requirements outlined in the contract QA.

Job Title: PT

Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Must not have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history more than one year prior requires eligibility verification before submission
• Commit to a 13-26 week assignment duration
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours
• Demonstrate experience in Physical Therapy setting
• Meet all credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
