Astrya Global Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 26-week temporary assignment in Sherwood, Oregon. The role features a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and potential extension beyond the initial term.

Compensation is $50–$54 per hour, with weekly pay and a full suite of benefits including medical/dental/vision/life, 401K matching, and a credentialing/corporate travel team to support placement.

Qualifications

• Active state license meeting facility requirements.
• Ability to obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license.
• Maintain required experience in the applicable clinical setting.
• No compact license accepted for SC positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold active state license meeting facility-specific requirements (no compact license accepted for SC positions)
• Maintain required experience in the applicable clinical setting
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work standard day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Utilise facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements
• Adhere to contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
