Job summary

Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Baker, Montana. Schedule is 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential extension based on performance and needs.

Position is primarily outpatient with limited LTC/Skilled Swing exposure. Compensation ranges from $75 to $81 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision/life, 401K, and credentialing support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized programs of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication
• Maximize patient progress toward achieving functional goals
• Maintain a positive working relationship with other health professionals and ancillary staff
• Adapt to a collaborative, community-focused approach to patient care
• Work primarily in an outpatient setting (approx. 95% outpatient)
• Provide care in Long Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Swing settings as needed (approx. 5%)
• Treat a diverse range of patients presenting with various conditions and needs
• Provide and receive suggestions in a collaborative team environment

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Baker, Montana. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
