GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for our Allied Health Division in Blue Bell, PA. The recruiter should be sales-minded, motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities include recruiting Allied Health professionals, sourcing via calls, email campaigns, job boards, and referrals, qualifying candidates per Joint Commission standards, building a strong pipeline, and maintaining documentation while

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2 years minimum of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Must be motivated and sales driven; activity impacts earnings.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

• Collaborate closely with all team members.
• Learn GHR policies, HIPAA privacy guidelines, and Joint Commission standards.
• Develop understanding of client needs and service nuances.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit a variety of Allied Health Professionals
• Source and screen candidates via cold calls, email marketing campaigns, job board postings, resume searches, and referrals
• Qualify candidates based on level of experience, credentials, and specific standards set by the Joint Commission
• Build and maintain a viable pipeline of interested candidates
• Communicate our recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes clearly by managing expectations and providing guidance to your candidates
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of communication and activity
• Collaborate closely with all members of the team
• Become knowledgeable in GHR policies/procedures, HIPPA privacy guidelines, and Joint Commission compliance standards
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients, their needs, and the various nuances of the specialties we staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 2 years minimum of healthcare recruiting experience
• Ability to focus and multi task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be motivated and sales driven as your level of activity directly impacts your earning potential
• Must possess strong organizational and follow-through skills to ensure tasks are complete
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new software and technology quickly
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently; seeking assistance immediately if needed
