Job Summary: Impactful Home Care is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiters to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, such as nurses, caregivers, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure we maintain a strong and reliable workforce. The Healthcare Recruiter will collaborate closely with our HR team to meet staffing needs and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet our agency's standards and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and have a strong commitment to providing quality care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to identify potential talent and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance, including preparing and presenting job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Spanish speaking
• Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
