Job summary

Provectus is seeking an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow its strategic Anthropic and AWS partnerships. You will build programs from the ground up, activate partner engagements, and drive funded enablement across target accounts.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with engineering, SO, and marketing, and shape a repeatable cadence for alliance initiatives that generate measurable pipeline and executive advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technology alliances or partnerships.
• Direct experience with partner programs and funding mechanisms.
• Track record building alliance programs from scratch.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Able to engage executives and translate programs to internal playbooks.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise adoption challenges.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Anthropic partnership activation programs end-to-end.
• Manage AWS alliance day-to-day and drive co-sell motions with field teams.
• Lead a team of partner managers and establish operating cadences.
• Turn partner programs into measurable pipeline with cross-functional partners.
• Identify early-stage partnerships (GCP, others) as the ecosystem evolves.
• Represent Provectus at executive briefings and industry events.
