What you bring
  • Experience in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving partner revenue targets
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle, particularly in partner-driven or referral-led models.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and support external partners.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially in sales reporting and CRM data hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working remotely is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Sales Management (50%)

  • Own the sales cycle for partner-referred leads (excluding global payroll), ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
  • Provide sales support to equip & influence the performance of partners, acting as a trusted resource for complex sales questions and scenarios.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecasting process for partner-led opportunities.

Enablement & Communication (35%)

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for partner teams in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the partner sales enablement Slack channel, triaging inquiries and connecting partners with the right internal experts when needed.

Sales Operations & Reporting (15%)

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring reliable data for reporting.
  • Support continuous improvements in partner-related sales processes and documentation.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between 42,700 - 144,000 USD.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
