South Carolina ENT (SCENT), affiliate of SENTA Partners, seeks an Allergy Technician in Columbia to support high-quality allergy care. You will perform testing, administer immunotherapy, and educate patients under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with electronic health records. A healthcare setting, ENT or allergy background is preferred, with SC licensure and CPR/BLS as noted.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred (required for South Carolina).
• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (SC).

Aufgaben

• Perform allergy testing, including skin prick tests and intradermal tests.
• Administer allergy immunotherapy injections and sublingual treatments.
• Prepare and mix allergen extracts per physician protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on allergy testing procedures and management.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide care as needed.
• Ensure clean, organized clinical environment and infection control compliance.
• Order and manage allergy testing supplies and inventory.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare team for coordinated care.
