Job summary

CEENTA is seeking a compassionate Allergy Technician to support our allergy team by performing testing, injections, and immunotherapy within a fast-paced ENT care environment. You will greet patients, prepare testing and treatment rooms, and document encounters in the EHR while ensuring safety and quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CMA/RMA certification or allergy experience, and a current BLS certification. Some travel to other CEENTA locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification OR one year of allergy experience.
• Three+ years of allergy experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification, required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for allergy testing and immunotherapy.
• Prepare and administer allergy tests.
• Prepare and administer subcutaneous allergy injections.
• Monitor patient reactions and adjust dosing as appropriate.
• Document allergy encounters, enter charges, and manage allergy orders in the EHR.
• Travel to other CEENTA locations as needed.
