Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane is seeking a Scientific Support Specialist to advance medical affairs messaging and provide technical customer support in allergen extract manufacturing and immunotherapy. The role partners with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to promote products and scientific information.

The position requires a BS in a related science, with 2+ years in pharma/biotech labs or customer-facing work. Spokane on-site, travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required in biology, biochemistry, immunology or related field.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred with 2+ years lab experience.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/environmental science with lab or customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Technical Customer Support/Communication – develop subject matter expertise in allergenic extract manufacturing and allergy immunotherapy.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and product-related questions.
• Maintain database of medical affairs interactions and provide clinical guidance to customers.
• Technical Sales & Marketing Support – collaborate with Marketing to review scientific information for print/digital materials.
• Travel for meetings with accounts to present Scientific Advantages and support education activities.

Education

Bachelor of Science in biology/biochemistry/immunology

Master’s degree or higher + 2+ years lab experience

2+ years in pharma/biotech/environmental science lab or customer-facing role
