Duly Health and Care in Joliet, IL is seeking a Part-Time RN to support physicians and the care team across Orland Park, Joliet and Lockport clinics. You will escort patients, take vital signs, document medical histories, and prepare charts for examinations.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, patient education, triage calls, immunizations, assisting procedures, and coordinating tests or referrals.

Formación

• Current IL RN licensure required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience; new grads may be considered under specific circumstances.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians; takes vital signs, records medical history/symptoms, and ensures charts/lab results are available and complete.
• Performs telephone triage, patient education, handling of physician and pharmacy calls; may assist by calling to set up appointments or arrange hospital tests or admissions.
• Administers immunizations and minor treatments; records and documents activities in the chart.
• Assists physician with procedures and prepares exam rooms; stocks supplies and cleans instruments.
• Responds to patient questions; communicates test results as directed by the physician.
