Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Allergy RN for the South Region to join a collaborative outpatient care team in Orland Park, IL. This part-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule, opportunities to build relationships with patients, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include nursing care, vitals, triage, patient education, immunizations, assisting physicians, and maintaining medical records. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prefer at least 1 year of clinical/hospital nursing experience; new grads may be considered under certain circumstances.

• Perform telephone triage and respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Educate patients and communicate test results, medications, and follow-up care.

• Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories and other providers as needed.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and supplies and document care.
• Act as patient advocate and promote a compassionate experience.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent patient care.

Allergy RN - South Region Part-Time, 24 hours/ week Hours: Monday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays Location: Orland Park, Joliet, Lockport $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to physicians and patients.
• Room patients, obtain vital signs and review medical history and symptoms.
• Perform telephone triage and respond to patient questions and concerns.
• Provide patient education and communicate with patients regarding test results, medications and follow-up care.
• Administer immunizations, allergy treatments and other treatments as ordered.
• Assist physicians with procedures and other in-office clinical needs.
• Coordinate with pharmacies, laboratories and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, equipment and supplies.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.
• Serve as a patient advocate and help ensure a positive, compassionate patient experience.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the broader care team to provide excellent patient care.

Experience and Qualifications

• Current IL RN licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current CPR certification
• Prefer a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting but may consider new grad under specific circumstances

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $27.00-38.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
