UChicago Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Hinsdale Allergy clinic. This 1.0 FTE, on-site role supports patient assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary team.

Based in the greater Chicagoland area, you’ll work days, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with responsibilities including documentation, patient education, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. An Illinois RN license and BLS are required.

Qualificações

• Must be actively licensed as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
• Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain patient consent and document health history and vital signs.
• Provide patient care based on guidelines and standards of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatment progress.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management.
• Document assessment data and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and coordinates care with physicians.
