Job summary

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is hiring a Full-Time Medical Assistant in El Paso, TX. You will join the Clinical Support team, perform allergy tests, injections, and assist with both clinical and front-office tasks to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with procedures, managing EHR records, and supporting scheduling and payments while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to administer subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections.
• Must be able to manually take patient vital signs.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vitals, medical history, and current medications.
• Explain allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients clearly.
• Administer injections and perform spirometry testing per protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and patient records.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors, answer phones, and assist with front-office duties as needed.
