Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/EMT/Nurse with at least two years of clinical experience to support our Allergy Clinical Department across West Palm Beach, Wellington and Jupiter offices. The role requires multitasking, patient interaction, injections, skin tests, and accurate charting in EMR, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• License or Medical Assistant certification current or willingness to complete in-house training and test.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients for 20–40 minutes following allergy protocols.
• Take patient histories, provide injections, and perform allergy skin tests as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and apply sterilization techniques per CDC guidelines.
• Review and reconcile patient information in EMR and coordinate with physicians.
