Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking an Experienced Medical Assistant for a full-time, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑5:00 position at our Palm Beach Gardens/West Palm Beach and Jupiter offices. You will support in-office procedures, take vitals, schedule tests, and assist physicians with exams and minor surgeries.

Requirements include at least one year of hands-on experience, EMR familiarity, strong communication, and bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year hands-on Medical Assistant experience.
• Certification or willingness to complete in-house training and national test.
• Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR experience and basic computer literacy.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering patient calls and taking vitals.
• Obtaining authorizations and scheduling tests/surgeries.
• Preparing exam rooms and assisting physicians in procedures.
• Scribe duties and sterilizing instruments per guidelines.
• Provide patient briefing before physician entry.
