Schweiger Dermatology Group in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for the Allergy department. The role combines clinical and administrative tasks to support providers and ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Any candidate should have at least 2 years of medical assisting experience and hold a Medical Assistant Certification; CPR/AED is required. Proficiency with EMR, scheduling, and basic office software is expected to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant required.
• Medical Assistant Certification required; CPR/AED certifications required.
• Experience with EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere for patients.
• Support allergy/clinical procedures and documentation under supervision.
• Manage patient records, pre/post-care instructions, and equipment checks.
• Assist with allergy testing procedures (skin prick, patch tests, spirometry, immunotherapy injections).
• Take payments, book follow-up visits, and support front desk duties as needed.
