Job summary

UNC Faculty Physicians in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Clinical Support Technician II for the Allergy Clinic. You will assist with clinic flow, obtain vital signs, prepare patients for testing, and support the clinical team in providing safe, compassionate care.

Clinic hours are 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call. Role requires high school diploma, Nursing Assistant I and II licensure, and BLS certification, plus at least one year of clerical or customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nursing Assistant I and II licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and health care providers with routine examinations and procedures and procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Review patient care documentation and report changes to the nurse or physician.
• Perform clerical tasks including organizing workload, greeting visitors, reviewing orders, transcribing orders, and maintaining medical records.
