Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an All Source Analyst at JBAB, Washington, DC, to provide production on foreign order of battle and maintain MIDB/MARS database records. You will craft strategic-level assessments for senior policymakers, using robust analytic tradecraft and publication standards.

The role requires 8+ years in all-source analytics with a degree (or 12+ without a degree), active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph preferred, and 3+ years in order of battle analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of all-source analytics, or 12+ years without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI polygraph preferred.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• 3+ years in order of battle analysis.
• Knowledge of conventional weapons systems.
• Experience with OSINT, GEOINT, or related training.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst. Position: Order of Battle All-Source Analyst Location: JBAB, Washington, DC

LCAT: Mid All-Source Analyst Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized. Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst on our team, you'll help your client by providing production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) database records. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address developmental and fielded foreign weapon systems and equipment. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
