Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst in Alexandria, VA to support foreign weapon systems and equipment with all-source intelligence production and briefing support.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years of experience or 7+ years in lieu of degree, and a bachelor’s degree, plus familiarity with IC environments and briefing standards. This role emphasizes high-level deliverables and formal briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or eligibility and willingness to polygraph, with CI polygraph within past 7 years highly prioritized.
• Experience in all-source analysis within IC environments and defense context.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in lieu of degree as a qualification baseline.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation, and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Description

As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.

Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR
