Nalley Consulting invites an experienced All Source Analyst (MIDB) to join our team in Reston, VA. You will leverage extensive intelligence expertise to develop queries, merge diverse data sources, and maintain core databases.

Expect collaboration with mission partners to ensure shared understanding of the operational environment and to produce actionable insights. Your work spans analyzing INTs, open‑source, law enforcement data, and delivering tailored products, from tactical leads to formal

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst specializing in MIDB at Reston, VA.

Position: All Source Analyst (MIDB)

LCAT: Sr

Location: Reston, VA

Required Clearance and polygraph:

TS/SCI and CI poly required. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past 7 years strongly prioritized.

Required experience:

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree

Description

You'll leverageyour experience through creating effective queries, integrating disparate data sources, andmaintainingthe accuracy of foundational intelligence databases. You'll also apply specia lized subject‑matter knowledge, use structured analytic techniques, and collaborate with mission partners to ensure a shared understanding of the operational environment.

Your work will span everything from analyzing INTs, open‑source information, and law enforcement data to producing tailored intelligence products, from tactical leads to comprehensive written assessments and high‑level briefings.

Qualifications:

• Experience conducting all‑source analytic production
• Experience with order of battle analysis and systems such as MIDB or MARS
• Experience with all‑source analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206 standards and DIA writing style
• Experience collaborating with mission partners on production efforts and delivering lead briefings during key events
• Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT datasets and databases
• Ability to independently produce high‑quality, tailored intelligence deliverables such as actionable leads, ICD‑compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to rapidly adapt to shifting mission requirements and deliveraccurateproducts under tight timelines
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in intelligence, or 12+ years Of
• experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications:

• Experience conducting all‑source analysis on foreign WMD programs, including threats, missile and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE, counterterrorism, and related military activities
• Experience leveragingdata analytics, analytic met hodologies, and visualization tools to enhance assessments
• Knowledge of nuclear weapons programs, including weapons effects, the nuclear fuel cycle, and nuclear infrastructure.
