Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an Order of Battle All-Source Analyst at JBAB, Washington, DC. You will produce strategic-level assessments on foreign military forces and catalog findings in MIDB and MARS, serving senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Requires Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph; a Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of all-source analytics, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree, is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS).
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance. Current CI polygraph preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• As an Order of Battle (OOB) Analyst, provide production on foreign military forces order of battle and catalog OB findings in MIDB and MARS.
• Produce strategic-level assessments and products addressing development and fielded foreign weapon systems under pressure.
