Job summary

Nalley Consulting seeks an All Source Analyst at JBAB, Washington, DC, to provide production on foreign order of battle and maintain MIDB/MARS database records. You will craft strategic-level assessments for senior policymakers, using robust analytic tradecraft and publication standards.

The role requires 8+ years in all-source analytics with a degree (or 12+ without a degree), active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph preferred, and 3+ years in order of battle analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of all-source analytics, or 12+ years without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI polygraph preferred.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS.
• 3+ years in order of battle analysis.
• Knowledge of conventional weapons systems.
• Experience with OSINT, GEOINT, or related training.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Knowledge of INDOPACOM AOR.

Responsibilities

• Produce strategic-level all-source products and assessments.
• Maintain MIDB/MARS records and ensure publication quality.
• Brief senior policymakers and defense stakeholders; adapt to tight timelines.
• Work under pressure to deliver timely, accurate analysis.
