Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst in Quantico VA (Russell Knox Building) for a senior role requiring an active TS/SCI with CI polygraph. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of analysis experience, or 12+ years in lieu of a degree, are required.

Responsibilities include strategic all-source intelligence analysis, producing high-quality briefings for senior policymakers, and leveraging ICD 203/206 standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis using analytic tools to research data from multiple sources.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• Experience with all-source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 and ICD 206 requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years in lieu of a degree

Required clearance:Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph conducted within the past seven years

Required education: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Experience with all source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and ICD 206
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• Experience with briefing at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
