Peoplelink, LLC in Kendallville, Indiana is seeking dedicated production workers for contract to hire positions. Shifts are available: 1st (7am-3pm), 2nd (3pm-11pm), and 3rd (11pm-7am). No diploma or GED is required; ability to lift 20-60 lbs is necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a team to assemble products, conduct quality inspections, and maintain a safe work environment. We offer weekly pay and various insurance options including medical, dental, vision, and life.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for entire shift.

They serve manufacturing industries including automotive, heavy truck, agriculture, mining, foundries, and hot & cold forging suppliers. Production Job summary

• $18/hr.
• 1st shift (7am-3pm)
• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Production Duties

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
