Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturing company in Kendallville, Indiana. We are seeking Heat Treat Loaders on the 3rd shift (11pm–7am) to support production flow and meet customer quality specs.

As a Loader, you will load/unload heat treat baskets, move parts with a forklift, and operate blast/tumble/paint equipment (training provided). You will also sort parts for defects and maintain accurate paperwork. This role emphasizes safety and orderly, clean work areas.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and safe operation expectations.
• Ability to follow quality specifications and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple production tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload heat treat baskets to meet production schedules.
• Capable of driving a forklift to move parts between workstations.
• Operate shot blaster, tumbler, and other equipment (training provided).
• Paint parts with carbon stop-off paint (training provided).
• Sort parts for defects and manage paperwork/tags.
• Maintain general housekeeping and ensure a safe work area.

Pro Resources Staffing has partnered with a well-known company in Kendallville, Indiana. We are currently seeking Heat Treat Loaders who are interested in growing with the company. In this position, the Loader is responsible for the loading and unloading of heat treat baskets and the flow of parts through these operations to meet customer quality and delivery specifications.

Shift and Compensation

• 3rd Shift 11pm - 7am

Job Duties

• Responsible for the loading of parts to meet quality requirements and in an expedient manner, so that production schedules can be achieved.
• Must be capable of driving a forklift to move parts in and out of workstations.
• Must be capable of running shot blaster, tumbler and other production equipment. (Will train)
• Paint part with carbon stop off paint (Will train)
• Must be capable of sorting parts for defects, i.e. soft spots, deformity, etc
• Responsible for separating different parts and processes and maintaining proper paperwork and tags.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of the work area.
• Responsible for performing duties in a safe and orderly manner.
