Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a manufacturer in South Beloit, IL, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 1st shift. This temp-to-hire role offers $17/hour and a 6:00 am - 4:30 pm schedule, Monday through Thursday with Friday overtime on occasion.

The operator will support finishing operations using tools, gauges, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and production standards, contributing to final product preparation and quality control.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proper tools, equipment, and gauges to meet production and quality requirements.

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a manufacturer in South Beloit, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established global manufacturer that values safety, quality, and long-term employee growth.

Position Details:

• Pay: $17/hr
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (OT Friday Occasionally)
• Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Summary:

The Manufacturing operator is responsible for supporting finishing operations by using tools, equipment, and gauges to meet safety, quality, and production standards. This role plays a critical part in the final preparation of products and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.
