Peoplelink, LLC is recruiting for a Part Time Packaging Production Associate in Ashton, Illinois. The role is a contract-to-hire position with two shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Tue, Wed, Thu) at $16.42 per hour, and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am (Tue, Wed, Thu) at $17.42 per hour.

The basic function is to ensure production lines create quality food products safely and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include light assembly, stacking finished products, and packaging into cases

Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)

Pay Rate: $16.42/HR

Shift: 2 nd shift

Hours: 2:30pm – 1:00am (Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)

Pay Rate: $17.42/HR

Overview

The basic function of a Production Line Operator is to ensure that their production line is producing quality food products that meet customer specifications in a safe and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include meeting productivity requirements, focusing on product quality, monitoring, and minimizing product losses, effectively communicating with line staff and support departments, and following safety guidelines.
