Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a manufacturing company in Berea, KY, seeks an assembler to join their team. The role offers full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing. The 2nd shift runs 3:30pm-2am, Mon-Thu, at $17.65 per hour.

Training and growth opportunities are available in a safety-conscious environment. Responsibilities include assembling lift trucks and components, testing and inspecting parts, using PPE, and documenting activities in the BAM system.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes and tools.
• Able to read SOEs, OMS, shop orders, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lift trucks and components within cycle time.
• Test, inspect, adjust and reject parts/materials.
• Use assembly tools safely and maintain housekeeping.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure quality of work and documentation in BAM system.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Be flexible with shifts and overtime as required.

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a manufacturing company in the Berea, KY area, is seeking a assembler to join their team! This is a facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Team Member Job Summary:

• 1 st : 5am-3:30pm, M-TH, $17.25
• 2 nd shift: 3:30pm-2am, M-TH, $17.65

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to assemble lift trucks and components within a certain cycle time.
• Test, inspect, make adjustments and reject parts/materials.
• Proper care and usage of assembly tools, equipment, facility, and maintain general housekeeping.
• Safe behavior and safe operation of equipment.
• Accept responsibility for quality of work performed.
• Proper documentation using the BAM system.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Candidates identified for these opportunities will be expected to work safely, perform quality work be available to work either shift, flexible in the acceptance of work assignments, available to work overtime as required, perform their work in a proficient and efficient manner, maintain their work area and participate in developmental programs as identified by the company.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED - preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of assembly process and general knowledge of tools.
• Ability to read and make decisions from SOEs, OMS, shop orders, operation sheets, prints, diagrams, and written and verbal instruction
• Proficient computer skills
• Safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment and proper use of PPE
• Familiar with DFT techniques
• A National Career Readiness Certification is preferred.
