Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain a Municipality of Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe Certification.
• Must have two (2) years of related work experience.
• A valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production duties as per assigned shift.
• Assist in menu and recipe development with assigned supervisors.
• Maintain food production equipment and storage areas.
