Moses Weitzman Health System is seeking a Call Specialist to support the All of Us program within the Patient Engagement Team. The role emphasizes outreach, enrollment and retention activities to enroll and retain participants, with occasional research tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities include screening for eligibility, scheduling enrollment, obtaining consent when required, administering surveys and maintaining accurate data.

Competenze

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
• Ability to problem solve, stay organized and focused on tasks.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to adapt to change.
• Intermediate MS Office and internet proficiency.

Mansioni

• Utilize outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates.
• Identify, engage and screen patients for eligibility and enroll in the All of Us program.
• Provide participants with a thorough overview and answer questions about the program.
• Use Teach Back to confirm patient understanding of the program.
• Obtain informed consent for IRB approved protocols as applicable.
• Administer surveys and record data; schedule enrollment activities.
• Conduct outreach via phone and email to inform patients of study activities.
