Job summary

Moses/Weitzman Health System is seeking a Call Specialist to join the Patient Engagement Team. The role focuses on outreach, enrollment and retention activities for the All of Us research program, with occasional research tasks and coordination with the research team.

The position supports daily phone outreach and occasional emails, with a flexible schedule and potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma plus 2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow procedures.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and documentation.
• Experience in public health research is a plus.
• Flexibility in work schedule with remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention.
• Screen patients for eligibility and enroll in the All of Us program.
• Provide overview of the program and answer questions.
• Use Teach Back to verify understanding of the program.
• Use Motivational Interviewing to build rapport with patients.
• Obtain informed consent for IRB approved protocols.
• Administer surveys and record data.
• Schedule appointments for enrollment and retention activities.
• Conduct daily outreach by phone and occasional email.
